After the workshop, we'll check in with you. If your child loved it, we'll talk about next steps. No pressure, no rush — the decision is yours.
What Your Child Will Do
From the moment they walk in, children are given a real challenge to work on — no long intro, no worksheets. The 1-hour session weaves together science, math, engineering, and technology through a hands-on project that kids actually build, test, and own. Our instructors ask questions more than they give answers, helping each child think through problems at their own pace. With small groups, every child is seen — and most leave wanting to come back.

Yes — completely. There's no payment, no credit card, no deposit required. You book, your child comes to class, and we follow up afterward to see how it went. There's no obligation to continue.

Our after-school program serves children in Grades K–7 (approximately ages 5–12). We group children by age and developmental stage so that every child is appropriately challenged.

Your child will join a regular Sparks session — same content, same educators, same structure as any enrolled student..

We hear this often. Children who are initially hesitant tend to ease in quickly because the focus is on the project, not on performance. Nobody is put on the spot. Our educators are experienced at making new kids feel welcome and at home.

One of our team members will follow up with you to hear how your child found the session and answer any questions. If you'd like to enroll, we'll walk you through the options. If you're not ready, that's completely fine — no pressure at all.

Just your child and a snack. We provide all materials, equipment, and supplies for the session. Comfortable clothes they can move and build in are ideal.
